* The curtain draws on a vast city, the surface of a far-off world bathed in glittering sands where its dense, ashen jungles do not grow, a planet ruled by the principles of capital and wealth. Far below the lavish streets and mega-highways of a downtown metropolis lie its own artificial jungles, lit with sickening neon and promises of glamour, stifling and claustrophobic. Here, the Emperor's glitter and glass screens maintain a watchful eye over what will and will not be, for there is nothing to be gained without the promise of loss. Missing persons posters, though troubling and common, are disregarded in the wake of a rising workforce treated like a spiral of ants.
